I’ve been to roughly 7 different optometry offices in the last 20 years ranging from the South Bay to the San Fernando Valley and the level of service I received here on my first visit is unmatched. From being warmly greeted by Maribel as I walked in all the way up to being seen by the knowledgeable and caring Kaclica with my eye exam. I think I’ve finally found my place for life! Still a bit in shock with how easy and stress free my experience was. Looking forward to my next exam.
From the time I made my appointment (which was only a few days out) to the day of the appointment, to the eye exam, to choosing frames, to paying my discounted price (thank God I have great insurance)—every step was pleasant. I highly recommend this office and this doctor.
