The welcoming and helpful staff greet patients with a smile, making them feel comfortable and happy. The doctors, including Dr. Fong and Dr. Huang, are amazing, accommodating, and take their time to listen and explain everything. They remember personal details and show genuine care for their patients. The practice exudes a positive atmosphere, making patients feel grateful to have discovered them.

Patients have been completely impressed with the professionalism and customer service at Eye Care West Optometry Inc. The ambiance is inviting and comfortable, and there is practically no wait time. Patients are in and out with all their questions and concerns answered. The staff, including Katelyn and Angie, are amazing and friendly. One patient, who drives trucks for a living, had their only pair of glasses fall apart and called the office for help. The staff waited for the patient to arrive, even after closing, and repaired the glasses so the patient could go to work that night.
