I would never have found this place nor would I have ventured inside, just based on its exterior appearance, e.g. a bit nondescript and rundown, a tad old-fashioned (not a good way), and sort of run down, maybe even tired and neglected. I realize my description so far doesn't match the five stars. So here goes: I love it precisely because it's not snazzy, not shiny or "upscale," not fancy and definitely not pretentious. You're not gonna get a $300 haircut and/or color here. I stumbled upon this place only because my hairdresser/stylist relocated from her Burlingame place to here--lower rent, etc. and during COVID times, that's everything. I love coming here! Ladies are super nice and there is always someone there to help you! I come to do my mani-pedi with Marilyn and I'm always happy with the results. I also do my hair with Sandra she is amazing with hair color and cuts. Show her a picture and she will do it exactly as it is. My boys won't let anyone else cut her hair but Sylvia. She is great with kids. As you can read, this place is for the entire family and you can do everything here without going to different places!
