He was so collaborative, made thoughtful recommendations on different designs, and went above and beyond by creating a beautiful custom Versace-inspired design for my father’s headstone. All of the advice was comforting. The details went exactly perfect. Then the final burial event was also perfect. The family was pleased and very supported by all of the staff. The workers were very very respectful and efficient in the closure, and the final final words of the wonderful priest were so thoughtful. It was an excellent experience.
I had the unfortunate luck of working with two other Mason yards before finding Golden Hill who kept telling me they were going to do things and never did them. Apparently this is a common theme in monument companies. Golden Hill monument was amazing. They delivered probably early. They were better priced for a bigger stone with a picture just like I wanted for my mom. They were very communicative via text. Would give them 10 stars if I could.

I called today to get information on a loved one that we believed to be buried here. I felt very nervous and awkward on the call, I'm sure I sounded like a complete nut, anxiety at it's finest. However, the woman I spoke to on the phone was very polite and reassuring. She answered all my questions and put me at ease right away. She gave me help and suggestions right away. I ended the phone call with a happy heart and a calm feeling.

This Cemetery is located in San Mateo. It is a Japanese Cemetery consisting of some of the japanese population in the bay area. The cemetery opened in 1901 due to a law change in the area. Most of the cemetery is dedicated to newer burials, however, there is an older section of the cemetery that is mainly older, historical headstones. My great-grandaunt is buried here and I went to visit this cemetery in early February. It is a very beautiful and small cemetery in the heart of Colma!
Great fade and even better people: I booked with CJ online via Booksy, not knowing what to expect. I was looking for an awesome fade and somewhere that I could see myself going to consistently. I went to the APEX in Colma and this place was super spacious and clean inside. You have to check it out yourself but the setup is great (CJ has the loft space up the spiral stairs). Right off the bat CJ was super respectful and knowledgeable about what type of cut I wanted. He made me feel right at home. As a first time customer, he explained that he likes to take his time to learn your head shape and how he can give you the best cut possible. His technique is clean just like his station. CJ is also a foodie so come prepared to talk good food. Overall, it was a great experience, cut lasted about an hour and the fade is top notch. Suffice to say, after going to see CJ and choppin it up with him, I will be back and I highly recommend Apex.

We had my mom's funeral services here in 2023. I as well as my guests were very impressed with the quality of the funeral service. They even provided snacks and drinks for our guests while they were waiting for the service to begin. All of the funeral staff members that assisted with the service were attentive to our needs. We chose the full package which was well worth the price for how well the service was executed. My guests said it was unlike any funeral they've attended. Thank you Golden Hill Funeral Home.

Staff extremely kind and helpful. I would recommend their services to anyone who has lost a loved one because they gently and carefully went through each step and made the extremely painful and taxing experience not only manageable but surprising easily process. I truly don't know how we could have navigate this painful experience without the help of staff. The day of the funeral was seamless and surprising peaceful thanks to all their professionals and help. Can't recommend enough to anyone looking to lay a loved one to rest!

I was driving here to look at a qx60 and my tire pressure light went on. I asked service to take a look and they did, they put the car up and filled it accordingly. It was a Mitsubishi rental so I thought they might say no. Levi and Mike were great. Then I got assigned Doc who blew me away. Such a knowledgeable wholesome sharer of wisdom. There wasn't a topic he couldn't weigh in on or a question he didn't handle with ease and humor. What an asset to the company. We are still considering between trims and used vs new but he equipped us with the tools for an informed decision.
