I spoke to Shawn on a Friday, he came by on Saturday to look at what needed to be done and provide an estimate, and by Monday morning he and his crew were hard at work. Shawn was very accommodating and professional, and he and his crew, Chris and Nolan, really went about their work with vigor. When they were done a few hours later, the place looked fantastic - the carpet and kitchen floor hadn’t looked that good in years, and they had restored the bathrooms and shower stalls to a presentable state. They used very effective drying equipment that dried out the entire area within a few days. A big plus is that they were very careful with our furniture and belongings that needed to be moved and covered.
