So I had a leak from my kitchen to my garage… Monty and earby were sent out without a couple of hours. Within minutes they were able to diagnose the problem. I had an old heater replaced in my residence that was a Coleman vintage, at least 50 years old, that was settling off my Carbon Monoxide alarm. Eagle Refrigeration had been chosen by the property manager to replace the heater. The heater installers (Franks and David) who work under owner Herman Escajadillo, were extremely thorough and knowledgeable and had quite pleasant demeanors. They were respectful of my property and finished the work in a timely manner, without sacrificing quality. I would recommend them highly if there is any work needed in the HVAC area. I related their excellent work to the property management, AMORE Real Estate Property Management.
Larry is great! We have an adolescent 6month old where he's starting to transition into his own personality and pretty much stopped listening to us. I figured it was time to keep up with obedience training and Larry was recommended by a friend who still brings their dog for continuing education. We just had our second puppy class and it's so much fun for our pup and for me. Just watching our pup work and the focus is so worth it. Larry gives great advice and when he sees something not working for the pup, he comes and directly shows us how to give the treats and command. He's just not training the pup but he's also training us. 10/10 recommend!

I received a call from the driver asking if they could come early. I was happy to accommodate that. They walked my yard with me, took what they could and gave me ideas for what to do with what they couldn't take. It was so easy and they were very professional and kind. I will be using Junk King again.
Called first thing in the morning to see if they could come out and fix a clogged drain that was between floors. Had someone come out by 10, quickly unclogged the drain and were done in under an hour. Couldn't be more appreciative at the promptness and professionalism of the service call

Lots of machines.Great price on dryers.Also includes a dry cleaners.Big parking lot with some trees for shade on hot days.Right off Bayshore.Situated in small strip mall and 5 minute walk to park, post office, hardware store, etc. Thursday afternoon has Farmers Market at the park. Library is up the street.Get your clothes clean, errands done, grab a bite or beverage.Laundromat has staff on site. They do a great job of staying on top of everything.Bench outside provides places to sit and wait for machines in the fresh air.
