I'm 43 years old and have had lower back problems my entire life. Western medicine consists of medication (a bandaid that won't fix the problem) or the knife. I gave up on that a long time ago. I found massage guns, inversion tables, stretching and other apparatuses (which helped, most of the time). But when my back seized up (not just spasmed), none of my normal routines helped. Desperate to find relief from my constant pain, I found Nikoo on Yelp and scheduled an appointment.
