This was my second visit to One Hour Cleaners, and once again, I’m beyond impressed!

A few weeks ago, I came in for a shirt alteration — they handled it on the spot for just $15. Quick, efficient, and perfectly done! Today, I returned with my beloved Giants shirt, which had a very noticeable stain. I spoke with one of the staff members, and he confidently told me to bring it in.

To my surprise, he worked his magic — and now it looks like a brand-new Giants shirt! On top of that, I had my blazer professionally washed, dried, and ironed — and the results are just flawless.

The entire team at One Hour Cleaners is incredibly friendly, helpful, and kind. In a city as expensive as San Francisco, finding great service at a reasonable price is rare — and they truly delivered.

“Excellent laundromat. The attendants are kind and helpful. The machines are in good working order and affordable. The machines, folding tables, floors and bathroom were all very clean. I was able to knock out six big garbage bags of laundry that had piled up while my machine at home was broken in two hours and for about $50. It wasn’t busy even though I went on a Sunday. “I had my wedding dress hanging behind my room door, and unfortunately, one of my dogs peed on it. I didn't notice the stain until a few days later and was worried it wouldn't come out. There were also a few red wine drops on the dress.

Amazingly, not only was the pee stain removed, but the red wine and dirt on the hem were completely gone. I was blown away; it looked brand new.

“After my Japan elopement that involved taking beautiful outdoor photos in slightly muddy, sprinkling weather conditions, I was eager to find a wedding dress cleaning service that would truly take care of my dress during the cleaning process, especially since the skirt is made of a delicate chiffon material. Elegance Preserved did exactly that.

They were very communicative throughout the entire process, which gave me a lot of peace of mind. One of the most convenient parts was their pick-up and drop-off service. If you live in an area they service, a driver can come directly to your home to pick up the dress and return it once it's cleaned.

I wasn't in a rush to get my dress back, and the full process took about 1.5 months, which felt very reasonable for such an extensive cleaning. They also sent before-and-after photos (see attached), and I could clearly see that the muddy stains were essentially gone.
