“I worked with Mike to setup a split unit a/c system a couple of months ago and he did a great job. He was very communicative and explained my options very thoroughly before the actual install. 6 months later and the unit is still working as expected. I also had a heating issue with my existing a/c unit and Juan was the technician sent out to help. It turns out the original wiring was done incorrectly but Juan patiently worked through the issue and made sure that the we got the heat back up and running. It was a lot of work but he was dedicated to make sure we were comfortable in our home.“

He worked hard for hours to repair my air conditioning unit which was difficult to access because it’s on the roof. I loved that he wore shoe cover booties without being asked, which was very considerate of him. Exceptional service! I hope my system doesn’t need any additional work in the near future, but if it did I would call Comfort Climate Control.“

“Rick came out for our AC maintenance visit today, and he was extremely thorough. He inspected every component, from the fan motor to the evaporator coils. Rick cleaned the unit, tightened connections, and checked refrigerant pressure. He was patient while explaining how to keep the system in top shape. I really appreciate the care he took with the job.“

“ACE previously installed my Daikin FIT system about 2 years ago and I had a great experience with them so I decided to upgrade my gas water heater to a heat pump system before the federal tax system expires at the end of the year. There was a small hiccup with communication but Mark and Bulga ironed out all the details. They were able to work around my schedule and the entire installation took about 1.5 days.

The installers were very courteous and clean up after themselves. Now I have unlimited hot water powered by my solar panels. The new heat pump water heater is much bigger than my older unit but it's well worth it. It also cools my garage from the heat pump function. The crew was also able to hook up my overflow from my water softener to the new drain line. They were also able to reuse my hot water recirculation pump.
