For instance, I make sure my clients ADLs are completed and my client is happy and always dry and clean. Next, I make food as if they are my own family I put alot of love into my cooking. And lastly, it's companionship that endures relationships and trust. quality of care is not how long you are there its when you are there helping them while communicating about life and what's going on in the present. I play music. I play apps on my phone that interests my clients and I follow up what makes them happy. I treat them with respect.“

Intracare started their service with nurses and shower nurses, they were patient, took their time in helping her recuperating and caring for her wounds, always sent us supplies we needed and nurses helped all her wounds heal safely and no infections! doctors were very happy she got healthy and back up again..

“They were incredible! Lucy who helped us changed her schedule so she could stay late getting our four kids treated and removed all eggs and lice. She was kind, professional, patient and hardworking to make sure we were all out of there quickly as possible. Our family is indebted to her because not only did she help us but she made everything seem like it was going to be okay. Another mom of 3 walked in the door at 9pm while we were there and instead of saying sorry we can’t help you, she called her employee to come back into work to look after her too!
