The minute I contacted them on the phone, I felt the assurance of good care. Jennifer, in particular, explained to me all the details and went to check on my parents that afternoon. Next day, we were lucky to have Delfa, an experienced NA, came over to take care of my mom, whose mobility was severely impacted by COVID. Now, they are COVID free and back to normal life.
