“I wanted to take the time to share my experience working with Home Instead, because sometimes the days go by so quickly that we forget to stop and recognize the excellent work that is being done every day.
As a House Manager, I would especially like to highlight how positive and wonderful our experience has been with the Home Instead team. It has been truly reassuring to work with people who are not only highly professional and knowledgeable, but also genuinely caring and compassionate.
I would like to give special recognition to the supervisor Nicole L. and all the wonderful caregivers , Angela, Jeanne, Denise, Adriana and Amanda who are currently working here. I cannot thank them enough for their dedication and commitment. They truly know what they are doing, are always willing to help, and consistently approach every situation with professionalism and a positive attitude.
One of the things I appreciate most is that they never focus on problems. Instead, they look for areas of improvement and solutions, always handling everything with respect, professionalism, and a genuine desire to provide the best possible service.
Working with Home Instead and their team has truly been a wonderful experience. Thank you for your dedication, kindness, patience, and professionalism. It is a pleasure to work alongside people who care so much about what they do and the people they serve.”
