“I’ve worked with multiple agencies over the past 2 years, and this is the first time I’ve truly felt comfortable with my mom’s care. Since I live out of state, it’s hard not being there all the time, but this agency keeps me involved every step of the way.

They take my mom to appointments and FaceTime me during visits so I feel included and informed. I can also log into the portal daily to review care notes, which gives me so much peace of mind.

The staff is responsive, compassionate, and genuinely caring. The caregivers treat my mom with kindness and respect, and I truly feel like she is in good hands. I’m incredibly grateful for the support and communication Synergy provides. I wish I could give them 10 stars.“
