From the day my darling mom was put on this program it's I think from February from the admitting nurse to the people who are available 24/7 and the service is amazing!!!!! very very caring my mom's nusrse Ernesto is the best and I have had dealings with Tina Irina Josephina Melinda and of course Steven all have been so positive . They are giving me peace of mind during this time that we as a family are going through. The Doctor who spoke with us via phone before they came to see if mom was eligible was great .... From day one Ameri Hospice were amazingly helpful first with my father and then my mother. I can’t say enough wonderful things about them. I am so grateful for them. They helped me through a very difficult time, the nurse Euvy was so amazing, she wound even pray with me. Art the owner was always Availble and beyond helpful. If you’re looking for a hospice that truly cares Ameri is your best choice.
I really wanted to take a minute and acknowledge the professionalism, communication and the true care that Robert has towards the well being of his patients, as well as, a very important key factor and that is the communication he keeps with the family, as he promises he will. He has always had my concerns and messages forwarded to the team at AMERI Hospice and the doctors and has always made sure to get back with me with answers or decisions or a simple update without keeping me hanging, but actually the the opposite, Robert always reaches back via phone or text with an update and is always willing to listen to my concerns for my dad and my input.
