“Home Instead is a excellent company to hire for the need of elderly in home care services. Their staff is very nice, helpful and always available when you need assistant. This company takes great proud in hiring the right person for the job who will attend to the needs of the elderly person. As well as doing their best to relieve the family from any stress that they may feel for the care of their love ones. I would definitely hire Home Instead! This company hired me back in 2020 and at that time I was not sure if I really wanted to work for them. Subsequently, after finishing the interview I was more then elated to be apart of a great company with a awesome staff. Home Instead not only care about the elders and their families but they also care about their employees too. As an employee I was always being told that I was doing a great job caring for my patient and that they appreciated me. Which made feel good about working for the company even more!!!! One time I receive a $50.00 gift bonus added to my check from my patient family for providing great care. Another time I receive a Star Bucks gift card from the company and so much more.
