I would give it so many more stars if I could. I stayed here for 5 nights after being in the hospital for 3 nights after my surgery. The hotel is newly renovated, very comfortable and clean. The nurses--who do everything for you--are amazing: kind, caring, gentle, respectful, considerate...and they know what they are doing and do not cut any corners! I felt very safe, comfortable, cared for and pampered. It is expensive, but so worth it. And I have perspective because I had stayed at another after-surgery place a couple of years before. Pearl is in a league of its own-- the absolute best!
I recently had an excellent experience at the Pearl recovery center . From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with friendly and helpful staff who made me feel comfortable and at ease. The facilities were clean and well-maintained, and the entire process was smooth and efficient.What stood out to me was the level of care and attention given by the medical staff. They were knowledgeable and professional, but also compassionate and empathetic. They took the time to answer all of my questions and address all of my concerns, which left me feeling confident and secure in their care.Highly recommend!!!
