He took the time to focus on a few problem areas 2. Was conscious and respectful of my pets. 3. Understood our family was getting ready for school. We didn’t want to get in his way, but he worked around us not wasting any time. 4. He was a real nice guy. He got the carpets looking super clean which brought new life to the look of my house. (Landlord will not renew the floors.) so worth it. I like the way Chem Dry by Leonard doesn’t use crazy chemicals. It also dries quickly so I could put all my furniture back in about 4 hours. “I’m a returning customer of Sparkling Carpets. They did a great job with my white shag rug in August 2022 and an even better job the second time around which was a year later. They’re the reason I haven’t discarded the white rug because my puppy messed it up really bad. He would sometimes pee on it, and I would clean and clean which was frustrating. I can’t thank Sparkling Carpets enough for bringing my rug back to life. Enzo is grown now and no longer messes up the rug so we can both enjoy it. The results were fabulous. Peter, however, went beyond our expectations when he responded to concerns that the rug was rippling across a new pad. He drove an hour to see for himself, pondered the problem, and decided it was the pad. Masi replaced it, and the problem vanished. We found Peter to be informative, engaging, and a man of his word.
