Endurance Carpet Service did an excellent job deep cleaning the carpets in the home we recently purchased in Richmond. Edward and the crew responded fast, were friendly, and made the whole carpet cleaning process easy from start to finish. They were able to schedule the service right away after we approved the work, which really helped us get the house ready before moving in. When they arrived, we got a call letting us know they were at the property, and after the carpet service was finished they sent photos showing the completed results. Everything was handled in a very professional way. The previous owners had several large dogs and cats, so the carpets had heavy pet spots, tracked-in dirt, and plenty of pet-related buildup. Even with all of that, the carpets came out looking fresh, clean, and almost like new again. This was a huge relief for our family because we are sensitive to pet dander and wanted a cleaner indoor space for our children. The carpet cleaning made a big difference in how comfortable and move-in ready the home felt. We highly recommend this service for anyone needing thorough carpet cleaning, pet stain treatment, and a dependable crew.

This is the second time I’ve used this service, and Edward handled both visits. The first time, I had my carpets professionally cleaned, and I was very impressed with the results and overall service. So when it was time to have the tile and grout cleaned, I called again. Once again, the whole experience was excellent, from the first phone call to the cleaning appointment itself. Ruben will always be my go-to carpet cleaner. As a tired mom, I once spilled two half gallons of milk all over our carpeted stairs, and Ruben was able to come out quickly and take care of the huge mess. He used child-safe and pet-safe carpet cleaning products, and the odor was completely removed. I was so relieved that we did not have to replace the carpet. He has also taken care of many pet accident spots for us and even removed brown eyeshadow that was spilled all over a tan carpet.
