I have nothing but praise for Steve at Pipedreams Plumbing. I called several plumbers to get a gas line moved. Steve was the most professional on the phone and in person. Additionally he was cheaper and hooray for that. While he was here doing a great job we happened to talk about my hot water heater, it was 22 years old. I asked for a quote to do it as well and his price was reasonable. He updated the straps and added a pressure relief tank too. There was no pressure or upselling at all, I just figured it was time, better to put in a new one than call a plumber at 4:00 AM on a Sunday (when it surely would have chosen to blow). Have used Pipe dreams many times with great success. Recently our water heater went out. Steve came out a few days later staying until job was done ....which turned out to be almost 630 on a Friday evening, making sure we had hot water. THANK YOU ! DS
