Fair pricing, courteous, professional service, and excellent response time. Efrain answered quickly when I called his company about our expensive toilet that didn't flush worth a nickel after a number of years. I replaced the flapper valve, but there was no change. I recently used a home auger, tired of wasting water and frustrated after months of the same poor flushing. Efrain came out the same day I called, and quickly determined that an almost clogged, main siphon jet was the culprit. The difference was remarkable when it was fully cleared!
