He appreciated the work I had already done to try and fix the problem myself and gave me advice for the future should this problem come up again. Greg initially recommended another local plumbing company that might offer cheaper services and could possibly come sooner….they never responded to my voicemail or text. In the end Greg ended up coming out and cleared the roots from our sewer line. Thank you Greg!!“

“Didn't really know what a backflow preventer was but knew I had a big leak. Check came out and explained what it was and why it was and fixed it. Oh happy day! Now I can take that receipt to City of Healdsburg and get a refund on some of the cost of the leaking water. Called late in the afternoon, Chuck was here the next morning and it was quickly fixed. Several other plumbers had given me unreliable information. Chuck set me straight! Very pleased and the repair was very reasonable.“

“I met Dan through Nick who just happened to live next to one of my customers and told me what he did for a living right when I was experiencing continuously poor service with the vendor my company was using. never underestimate the value of handing out your card. I called Nick when my company had a need and the previous vendor had bid a job at 8 to 10,000 for something that just really didn't seem like it should cost that much. Dan came in at 2500. I got more done and felt better about who I did business with. Dan and his crew got everything handled in a couple of days without any unnecessary bureaucratic nonsense and it just felt like I hired a friend. They have a great way to do business and it's very professional and although they are not cheap , I would expect to pay what I do for quality. The other guys were just ridiculous. Call Dan.“

I realize they are incredibly busy, and they want to respond as quickly as they can, but two days in a row of saying we will see you between X and X, then emailing to say they had a glitch and couldn't come almost made them strike out with me. Yes, I would hire them again. They did an excellent job, in a short amount of time, and were friendly and professional.“
