“I had two plumbing services out on a Friday after a sewage line blockage in our new house (that was missed on the home inspection) - neither could solve it (lacked the equipment) and both recommended I contact Roys. I went online and the reviews seemed a little mixed and they were not open over weekends (we had to put our house guests in a hotel over the weekend - an expensive lesson in believing what plumbers say on their websites or what home warranty providers claim). I thought it was worth giving them a try and was very impressed. Curtis turned up on time on the Tuesday morning and quickly determined that the clean-out was not going to be fit for purpose but rather than refusing the job he removed the toilet (the quickest, cleanest toilet removal and reinstallation I have seen) and snaked for almost 100ft before finding and removing the blockage. There was a lot of 'full' pipe to clear and he needed help with filling buckets etc but again rather than call for backup or delay the job he let me help him and together we were able to clear enough for him to be able to snake and complete the job. He was really committed to help anyway that he could and really went above and beyond to leave the bathroom clean and to provide guidance on getting a new clean-out installed. I would not hesitate to use them again and fully recommend them.“
