We had a hidden leak and were informed by the water agency that we were leaking 1000 gallons of water a day for 2-4 weeks. We called Prado's Plumbing that afternoon and they came out first thing the next morning, found and repaired the leak for a very fair price. The customer service was excellent, the owner friendly and very knowledgeable, and the workmanship was fantastic. Definitely recommend Prado's Plumbing!

My heater would not turn on. I have a home warranty and opened a claim. They gave me the information to contact Prado's Plumbing, which I did. Livia said they did not have any openings until after the holiday, I thought she meant Thanksgiving, nope, she meant Christmas. I was so very concerned about what I was going to do without heat for weeks. Livia was amazing and somehow managed to fit me it, I know this required the employees and owner to work unpaid overtime for which I am so very grateful. We had issues with our air ducts and they came and fixed our problem in a timely manner. We were very satisfied and happy to be able to use our heater again. Very professional and efficient.
