Bill Kutz & his team are absolutely phenomenal! Bill, Tyler, Tara & their 2 installers, everyone was wonderful to deal with. Their service is top-notch, and they truly go above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction. From the moment I contacted them for HVAC installation, they were professional, efficient, and knowledgeable. The team's expertise is evident in the flawless installation they provided. My home now feels incredibly comfortable thanks to their outstanding work. I highly recommend Bill Kutz HVAC to anyone in need of heating and cooling services. They are simply the best!

This is the second time in three years that Bill and his crew has fix our HVAC issues quickly and at a fair price. In 2020 our AC went out, first two bidders from large well known Sonoma county HVAC contractors immediately went into sales mode and try to sell me a new system. Bill's technician Travis showed up diagnosed a bad capacitor, low freon and a couple other issues. Then got the system up and running for hundreds not thousands of dollars. Last weekend our attic furnace started making unhealthy noises. I emailed Bill on Tuesday and got a reply that day. His technician was out on Wednesday and installed a new blower motor and capacitor, and tuned up the system. Again...read full review

These folks are great! Our heat stopped working one cold afternoon and Bill Kutz Heating & Air were able to show up early the next morning to check it out. Found out the furnace was over 25 years old and was going to be less of a headache to replace rather than repair. New furnace was ordered and installed in no time and our house is cozy and warm again. Staff/Mechanics were friendly and knowledgeable. I'd recommend this business to anyone looking for a fair and professional HVAC repair or install.
