Our dishwasher sprung a leak, and water flowed under our new floor. Our insurance directed us to RCA, and they were very prompt responding. Crissia, Uriel and Dana were quiet, tidy, friendly and professional. I loved how they covered our carpet and floor into the kitchen very precisely and cleanly. I would totally recommend them in moments of disaster!

I couldn't have been more pleased with all aspects of this company. They arrived at my home within an hour of my call and stayed well into a Saturday evening to set up equipment for drying out my home. RCA's been just great so far, with initial call answered promptly and an initial assessment set up a day or two later. (I was going to get a second bid but I couldn't connect initially with their rep, and when I called back, his mailbox was full.) Luis was polite, knowledgeable, and got right to it. He provided an estimate quickly and coordinated well with our adjustor to get it approved. Ditto Marco with the repair portion of the estimate. Crissia and Dana arrived each day to do the mitigation work on time, cheerfully, and kept working, seemingly without much of a break.
