“We chose Roof and Gutter Busters over other, similarly priced roofing companies because of the customer service provided. The owner, Everardo, spent a lot of time with us while doing the estimate: noting specific issues that would likely need attention (for example, a warped fascia board), discussing the process he and his team would take (including taking videos of the work as it occurred and sending it to us so we could talk about any issues), and the fact that he would be on site each day of the work. The way he communicated in such detail in the beginning set him apart from the other quotes we received. And he continued that “hands on” process throughout. It became clear through the actual work process that Everardo was very knowledgeable and experienced. The workers, too, were organized and diligent in their work. The debris was sufficiently cleaned up; I did find a few screws in the yard, but little else. We live in Rohnert Park and we enjoyed doing business with this local company.<br><br>Additional comments: Roof and Gutter Busters were very thorough and conscientious in their cleanup and we fully expected to find a stray nail or two hidden in the dirt. Another reason to recommend this business is that they came out and fixed a problem that they had nothing to do with creating (a very small piece of missing siding high up next to the chimney that we never noticed after many years of living here). We really appreciate the customer service they provide.”

“Oscar was amazing throughout the entire process. We had several hiccups with ordering of material from other third party groups (no fault of Oscar’s). Oscar was extremely patient and ensured his team was always “on the spot” the second the material arrived. His team was very punctual and amazing. I felt very comfortable leaving them in my home alone. Oscar personally evaluated the product at each stage. There were several small details that were “not up to standard” according to Oscar. I didn’t notice these things until he pointed them out. He has an excellent eye for detail and ensured everything was “up to his standard” and required his teams to immediately fix. He renovated two bathrooms for us on this project and he will definitely be our go to guy for all future projects. We were looking for a very high end and luxurious product. This is exactly what he delivered.”

“We had our crawlspace cleaned and sanitized after a rat invasion. Crawlspace Specialist, Miguel, came, assessed our situation and proposed cleaning out the mess, using a sanitizing spray, and putting down a 20 ml. vapor barrier. In addition, he improved our foundation supports, by replacing them with the piers, instead of the paving tiles the previous specialist used. He came with a good sized crew, and it was done in one day. Very professional, quality work. We could not be more pleased.”
