Oscar was extremely patient and ensured his team was always “on the spot” the second the material arrived. His team was very punctual and amazing. “We had our crawlspace cleaned and sanitized after a rat invasion. Crawlspace Specialist, Miguel, came, assessed our situation and proposed cleaning out the mess, using a sanitizing spray, and putting down a 20 ml. vapor barrier. In addition, he improved our foundation supports, by replacing them with the piers, instead of the paving tiles the previous specialist used. He came with a good sized crew, and it was done in one day. Very professional, quality work. We could not be more pleased.“
