Rich’s Mobile Home Service, led by Justin, provides reliable roof repairs and leveling services. Customers appreciate his professional and knowledgeable approach, often highlighting his commitment to understanding their needs. The two-year guarantee for his work gives clients confidence, with some believing it may last even longer. However, there are mixed experiences regarding attention to detail in other services, like painting, where some clients found minor oversights. Communication can also be a challenge, as Justin may not always return calls promptly and lacks efficient payment processing methods. Despite these issues, many recommend Rich’s Mobile Home Service for its quality work and Justin's genuine dedication to his craft, especially for those within his service area.
Justin responded quickly and gave us a very fair bid for a roof resurfacing and coating. The gentleman arrived as scheduled and knocked out the work. They took the time to make sure our food was done properly. The crew made my roof look like new. Thank you to Rich's Mobile Home Service will be our go to for any other repairs in the future.
Still no leaks and after a VERY wet winter my confidence in Justin’s work is confirmed. His two year guarantee is one of the reasons we hired him though he said we wouldn’t have to redo for 10 years and I believe him.Service: Roof repair
Professional, knowledgeable and committed to the customers true needs. Unfortunately, my area was not a location they service. However, the phone customer support and knowledge presented by Justin, deserved 5 stars in itself. His honest and thorough approach to my inquiries, alone, was a breath of fresh air. He's a skilled tradesman and compassionate about a job well done.I highly recommend this company for any of your homes needs (and of course, if you're fortunate enough to be located in his service area). Thank you again Justin.
