They handle most EBB uploads (if EBB is relevant to you) and provide clear instructions for the few homeowner steps required.<br>Our City Building Inspector crawled under the house to check every area, saying, “I want to make sure you got what you paid for.” He came out looking impressed and saying, “They did a great job!” They book out pretty far, but have the EBB process streamlined to meet deadlines (if relevant).<br>I would definitely recommend them if you are looking to do an Earthquake Retrofit.”
