We lost our house in the 2017 Tubbs fire. Synergy had a "Rebuild Santa Rosa" program designed to help fire survivors rebuild their home at an affordable price. We opted to build a single story house instead of our original two story home (stairs are for younger people).They built us a beautiful home on our lot that we happily moved into in 2020. We enjoyed working with Andy, Deanna, Ryan and other members of the Synergy team on this project. We are still sad that we lost our original house but we really like our new home.

Synergy built us a new home to replace the one we lost in 2017. They did a great job and we're very happy with the finished home. They're very easy to work with. They're a local company that brings a lot of experience to the table.

After losing my home in the October 2017 fires, I decided to hire Synergy to rebuild my Fountaingrove house. They were extremely helpful throughout the rebuild from dealing with the insurance company, tracking down all permits, keeping the job site clean, and obtaining all inspections and sign-offs. Synergy was responsive and transparent throughout the rebuild. They moved quickly and efficiently through construction. If I ever had any questions, they responded right away. They gave me a fixed rebuild price and honored that price regardless of any difficulties they encountered along the way. Synergy built a beautiful home with high-end finishes. I couldn’t be happier!
