“Story is much too long - basically, washer stopped working properly.I attempted to have 2 other companies repair, no luck.Reached out to Volta late morning today (Sat). Was able to have technician show up w/in 90 mins (wow!)Dave is a godsend!! Listened to what my issues were, then got right to work. “Andrew with Adrium is a true professional. I initially contacted him via Thumbtack along with 2 other business late at night to get the process going. He replied early the next day and I was fortunate in that he could come by to diagnose the problem with my broken GE double oven that same day. He checked the error code and did some testing and went back to his office to review the necessary parts he would order. He gave me a game plan of ordering some extra parts in case there were multiple problems and said he would only use the necessary parts and charge labor based on what was used. He is prompt, professional and clear about what he'll be doing. I will definitely use Adrium again if I have problems with other appliances in my home.“
