“I made an appointment with Patriot to look at my heating/cooling system at my house in Marin. The system blew air, but it was not very hot or cold when it should have been. Although it took a week to get them to my house, when the technician came, he quickly diagnosed the problem and was able to fix it. They system was low on refrigerant and he added some. I was charged for 2 hours of time and the cost of a pound of refrigerant, which I think is very reasonable. Unfortunately some other companies would have recommended a whole new heating/ac system even though only a simple fix was needed. I commend Patriot for their honesty and reasonable fees.“

“AC went out during July 24 heat wave, highly rated in checkbook.org, I can see why. Could not come immediately due to huge AC problems thought out Marin. Came in on Friday of the four day weekend of July 4th to help people, diagnosed the problem in a few minutes. Had the capacitor in his truck, fixed it with no special holiday cost, just a standard service call and part cost. Highly recommended, fix rather than replace mindset Great service from Dan the owner!!“
