“If there are more than 5 stars to rate this company, Oliver Heating and Air (Vinnie and Dee team) surely deserves more. 2 weeks ago, before this excessive heat felt all over the Bay Area, specially in Tri-Valley, they were able to replace our AC. The previous estimate and recommendation from another heating company was to replace both the ac/furnace at same time (18 year old units), where with Vinnie's assessment, we only need the AC. Vinnie and Dee saved us tons of money. They came on time, was very respectful of our property, explained the whole process, they are the best contractors we have met! No wonder they are fully booked! “t's a rare pleasure to find a company managed by a highly experienced owner who truly cares about the work they do and has a top notch team to get the job done to the highest level. We installed a state of the art fuel pump system with two zones, both with hospital level HEPA air filtration added for when there is smoke in the air. We have a 1930's home with very small crawl spaces which made this project very complicated. We also didn't want to see any of the typical heat pump units in our house. Artisan needed to run duct work throughout the house. Other highly recommended competitors said "it can't be done". Well, Artisan showed that not only can it be done but they did it seamlessly. Also, the little things, they carefully prepared the house each morning and wore booties and went the extra mile to make sure everything was done at the highest level. They also did all the permitting and paperwork to allow us to claim rebates for the work done which is helping offset the initial cost. They also texted us everything morning to confirm their ETA. In short, they did everything to make this the best possible experience for us. We couldn't be happier and highly recommend Artisan Air Heating and Cooling.“

“This company was the fourth I contacted and got estimates for replacing my furnace. I chose A & R (Marko) because he’s practically neighbor and local here in my city.
His estimate was reasonable and close to all that I contacted. He gave me tips and tricks on what to do for proper maintenance on all our HVAC. Tips on not needed and money savings maintenance.

I am glad I decided to choose his company because Marko did a great job replacing my old, over 40 yrs, furnace. He did everything in one day, installed, checked and even checked my upstairs furnace and A/C too done by somebody else. He made a correction on the A/C duct that was incorrectly installed just a few years back. He smelled a little bit of gas coming from my water heater and he was able to fixed it as well.
He was extremely easy to contact when I had a question the next day regarding the new furnace. I texted him and he immediately called me back and helped me fixed it.
I am happy with my new money saving furnace that he recommended.
I would recommend Marko to everyone that needs help with their HVAC anytime.

“I discovered Ambient Experts using a Google search for Bryant HVAC dealers in my neighborhood. Adam recommended pulling an 8-wire thermostat cable to install a true hybrid gas-electric heating system. He finds power extenders to be unreliable and unnecessary in my case. The next morning, he came out with his crew and rewired my Carrier heat pump, Bryant furnace, and EcoBee thermostat. They did a standard dual-fuel system wiring in about 2 hours. It conforms to industry standards, and the price was very reasonable. I am happy, and believe that my system will be much more reliable in the future. I would use them for warranty service any time. I wish I had known about them when I got bids for the job.“

“There is no one better than Don. Simply put, he's the only one in the business I trust. He's not going to B.S. you into spending money on something you don't need. I had two different AC companies this past summer tell me I needed a new furnace and AC system because I had leak in my system. Cost would be over $20K. Don came over and found a small loose gasket which was leaking gas, which somehow the other two companies missed after being here four times , and possibly even intentionally caused (I was also charged over $1K to refill the puron gas multiple times). Don had a gas detector that didn't pick up any other leak. Net net, Don saved me at least $20K which I'll be forever grateful for!!“
