Same day got our furnace working immediately. Unfortunately for me they recognize the age of the furnace was a huge issue and would likely need to be replaced in the near term. But the repair person was very knowledgeable and got the furnace working. This was a Home warranty call and they immediately contacted me and got me on the schedule relatively quickly.
Very pleased with customer service. Andre Kervis was courteous, knowledgeable, friendly, and honest. We felt heard and he was able to solve the issue. I highly recommend this place!!
Our thermostat stopped working on New Year's Eve. We placed a service request through American Home Shield and they sent Frank from Same Day Air Conditioning & Heating a few days later.Frank is very knowledgeable and efficient. He was very familiar with the units in our neighborhood and knew exactly where to find our furnace. He figured out the issue and had our furnace up and running within 15-20 minutes. Also, I appreciate that Frank took his shoes off before coming into my house.I would happily work with Frank and Same Day Air Conditioning & Heating again.
