“Thank you Crown Plumbing for coming out to the residence to inspect and provide a free estimate on a damaged exterior main sewer pipe line. Technician Freddie M., was prompt and on time, courtesy and respectful. “Wow, just wow. I was worried that my non-functioning air conditioning would be an expensive fix, as it is about 20 years old. Of course, it went out over the Labor Day holiday. I made an appointment online, and then the staff was able to do it a day earlier! Nice! Then, I received texts and emails (that I had signed up for) beforehand; close to the appointment, I was sent a photograph of the technician and an overview of his professional and personal background. I truly appreciated that extra info and effort by the company. Next, when Arnel arrived, he quickly went to work and diagnosed what turned out to be a rarer issue (no blown breaker or that kind of thing); the wiring connection between the thermostat and the furnace/fan unit (AC is outside) wasn't connecting. Likely, the wiring just had a problem; the wiring is over 45 years old! When I heard that, I was expecting a high quote to fix: not so! Arnel called a colleague, and then they rewired it (we moved the thermostat to a new location to have a shorter, easier wiring path; otherwise, going through floor spaces, etc.). I'm quite happy with the work and where my thermostat is now! They patched the hole from the prior location; we tested out both cooling and heating. And for a wonderful price, and I have to admit, less than I expected these days. Made my day start off incredibly well! Awesome company and staff.“

“We needed lateral sewer line work done ASAP due to an impending home sale and these guys delivered. They worked all day on a Saturday to complete the work on our timeline. Andy kept me completely informed every step of the way. I would highly recommend them for any plumbing or drain work.“

“Earlier this year I replaced our aging (and braking) gas furnace and A/C unit with a brand-new heatpump-based system. The original installer did a shoddy job and after they botched a subsequent repair attempt (under warranty) I sent them packing and called Sandium. Robert Shuper from Sandium provided a thorough analysis of the situation and recommended a code-compliant re-installation of the air handler, a better pipe layout, and updating the existing (but long defunct) 2-zone system. One of the newly installed units had technical issues and Sandium technicians troubleshooted the system in coordination with the factory, measured that all parameters were as expected, and got the system working as expected. My lesson: next time I will call Sandium right away. Highly recommended. The technicians are professional, communicate well, and know what they are doing.“

They were great with communication, and the finished work is quality (our water no longer has sentiment and our drains remove the water quickly). Gladiator also made the permit process easy, which we appreciated. Our project had a couple of hiccups along the way, and Gladiator was quick to send Julio or someone from the team to help. I would recommend Gladiator for your repipe or drain replacement.“

“Water was pouring out of our meter box. I called Knockout Plumbing and they responded to our home earlier than they had predicted. Martin assessed our problem and dispatched Kevin to repair the break. Kevin arrived shortly, completed the repair very efficiently, and he actually returned a while later to turn the water on after the glue was dry. Both Martin and Kevin were respectful, knowledgeable and friendly. We really appreciate Knockout Plumbing and their fine employees.“

“Overall service and communication was very good. Our technician, Angel, was friendly and very willing to explain what he was doing as the project progressed. He did need a fair amount of FaceTime assistance from his manager, Steve, who was much more knowledgeable in replacing sewer pumps like ours.
My only negative was that the labor rate, which was a little over $200 per hour seemed quite high for this project.“

“I used Water Quality Plumbing to repair a leaky pressure relief valve on our water heater. I got an appointment within 24 hrs of calling, which was nice. Overall a good experience but a bit expensive, hence the minus one star. $180/hr rate plus a $20 driving fee seemed a bit steep. As did the mark up on the part itself. But you pay for what you get when you choose fast service.“
