Anthony came out for a basic maintenance and servicing and I couldn't be happier! He found a gas leak at the furnace and fixed it as part of the basic service charge. He took time to show me everything that he found, fixed, and that I should keep an eye on. He was super friendly and knowledgeable!

My furance just turned out without turning on, it is really hot so I called Sandium. Christopher came to inspect our furance and told us it has be replaced by new one.
