I’ve used AAA Furnace and AC for years and have always been very satisfied with the service I get. I get the annual maintenance contract and they come every year. Twice I’ve had to have repairs and they were reasonably priced came out right away to fix the issue. Their technicians have always been polite and very thorough in explaining everything. Not once have they ever tried to push something on me that wasn’t needed. I highly recommend them.
Ivan was courteous and efficient, explaining the steps he took for maintenance, and his recommendations (Which I followed ) for increasing reliability, by replacing and adding some parts to my AC. The extra parts and service today was more than I was expecting to spend, but I had no way to compare pricing. And, as he explained, both my furnace and AC have lasted a long time past the time when parts may have worn out and ended up with more expense. So, I’m OK
Robert B was very courteous and explained all that needed if I choose to be done in the future, my AC/Heat was installed in 1999 by AAA Furnace & AC. So yes, I will be planning on those services to be done in the future. Super glad my house is feeling cooler, thermostat was out. Was glad to purchase the yearly service plan which will give me discounts on my future service which will be costly.
