Terrific service
My old ac had failed. Valley was the company I selected to do the replacement. I asked the salesman Zac many questions and he always provided me with the answers I needed. The installers, Roberto and Rances did a great job. Roberto was the lead and was always very polite and helpful. I liked that Valley sent me photos and a bit of history about the men so I knew in advance who would be in my home. The installation started around 8:30am and ended about 5:30pm. I live in a condo that has four floors of living space and they had to take heavy equipment up to the attic on the fifth floor, though the ac is outside on the ground.
