The technician, Dylan, was very helpful, polite, professional, informative, no pressure, and fast. While the cost of $525 to replace a customer supplied kitchen faucet seemed high, at no point in the process did I feel pressured to accept the quote. However, I did end up having Dylan replace the faucet, and it was a good experience.
He arrived right on time and at first it didn’t appear. We had an issue, but he stuck around for a little bit and discovered we did have an issue and was able to resolve our problem on the spot very kind and respectful, young young man we loved it and will continue to work with superior Air for any future Plumbing needs.
