“My dog and I have been through two 6 week sessions. My large dog had a lot of issues with socializing with other dogs, getting too excited, and jumping on people. He is sooo much better now. He showed so much improvement in the first sessions, we decided to do another session. He still has a ways to go, and we'll continue with the classes for awhile.My dog is excited as we're driving up to the lession. He enjoys the mental stimulation, so it's certainly a positive experience for him. The training has really calmed him down, which really helps make him (and me) happier.Adelita is great with the dogs. “Fay has a wonderful set up for the doggies! It's clean, safe, and well stocked with anything the dogs might need. She sends lots of pictures during the dog's stay daily. My 3 dogs have stayed there for multiple days and I always know they'll be well attended to with not too many other dogs. It's like a second home for them. Thank you Fay for loving them!“

She’s also always so thoughtful and asking Daisy how she’s doing and taking the time to listen everyday she comes in for her shots. And I appreciate her sense of urgency when I needed to schedule an appointment fast. Yael is very helpful and informative, she makes sure I understand whatever it is she is talking about and doesn’t rush through anything and if I have a question she’s happy to answer! “I have boarded several dogs at Paw Haven in Sherman Oaks over the past year and it’s the most amazing place for boarding and doggie day care. The staff are very friendly and dog savvy. They go above and beyond to make sure your pet feels safe and loved while in their care. They have doggie play groups for your dog to play all day. The sleeping quarters are spacious and comfortable with camera monitoring (if you feel the need to see how your pet is doing).Every pet that enters Paw Haven for the day or overnight stay feels safe, happy and very well cared for in a clean and loving environment. There truly is no better place to take your dog for daycare or overnight boarding.“

“I can not express the gratitude for this business. They really care. I am here for the holidays and needed to desperately help my family dog who I haven’t seen in a while. He hasn’t been in the best of care and looked pretty bad sadly. I called 20 different establishments and a lot of them were closing or will be closed tomorrow and I was having a difficult time finding someone. As soon as Wash my Dog picked up the phone the receptionist had such a warm heart that I could feel from the phone. I was desperate for someone and I would’ve been fine with whatever services because of the state of my dog. Even though they were close to closing they were able to graciously take care of me. I am beyond grateful for this act of kindness. Terryl did such a fantastic job with our dog and made him feel comfortable. I understood because of the time I went in, I would be turned away but they saved the day and helped my dog feel better! “Took my dog here a few times when I had just got her as a puppy years ago to get her shots, neutered, etc. after having a really bad experience at another local vet. I felt very uncomfortable based on a few things that occurred leaving me to not trust the vet there so I got my records from them and immediately decided to take her here instead. My experience was amazing every time and it was half the price of what the other vet was trying to charge as they also claimed she had something wrong with her without running any tests (she didn't and they were just basing things off of a google search in-front of me which is what made me feel very unsettled). I ended up moving out of the area for a few years, but recently moved back and my dog had symptoms of a UTI so I decided to come back here yesterday. Once again, another great experience and this will definitely be my go-to vet. They were all absolutely great with my dog (she absolutely loved it there) and I like that they're very upfront about how much everything will cost without trying to get you to buy things that aren't necessary like other vets I've been to. They've also renovated since last time I was here years ago, looks great!“

“If you don’t want to read it all, the short of it is I ENTHUSIASTICALLY RECOMMEND Delta K9.I knew that I was in over my head with training my latest puppy. All the skills I had of training my other dogs just weren’t working with her. One day I had called Delta K9 about their boarding program and the subject of training came up. They recommended I bring her in for an assessment. Even though I didn’t board her with them at the time, I remembered the conversation and a couple of weeks later reached out to schedule an assessment. I met with Mike, the lead trainer, and immediately felt at ease. He recommended the board and train program, answered all my questions and really made me feel comfortable. While I was there I met a few of the other trainers, and I can say everyone was so friendly and informative. I got a very good feeling from all of them. I ended up signing my pup up for the board and train program almost immediately after that. She was with them for a month, and during that time I got regular updates on her progress and truly got the sense that they cared - because they truly do. When it was time for the handoff, they accommodated my schedule and left me with skills on how to work with my newly trained dog. Since picking her up, I’ve needed a little bit more assistance from time to time and the whole team has been very accommodating. They don’t believe in training and being done. They believe in their work and stand behind it and want to ensure the owner knows what they’re doing. I saw a video once that said Delta K9 brings you into their family when they train your dog, and I have felt that. I enthusiastically recommend them for any training (or boarding) need that you may have.“

“Jacqueline is an awesome trainer and her programs are so much fun for both dogs and their humans. Leia has taken Beginning and Intermediate Obedience in the park and Leia and Chewie have both gone to Puppy Socials at the studio. We are currently working on taking the CGC - Canine Good Citizen test for Leia. I like the option of lessoning in the park where there are more distractions for the dogs. It's also nice that the dogs can mingle before or after class (I've been to another trainer where all the dogs were petitioned off and cannot see one another). Her class is easy to follow and I love how at the start of each class, she asks how everything is going and if there's something specific that people need help with. If there is, then we'll start with that, if not, then we do a quick review and start to learn something new. Time goes by in her classes because we are all having fun!If you have a dog that is not ready to be with a group of dogs, you can still attend! She'll have you and your dog be further away from the group so you can still see/learn. I have seen my friend's dog, Max, go from a dog that just barks the entire time in the parking lot to a trained puppy in the main group!Her methods work and they work right away, but you do have to keep practicing with your four-legged friend. You can't expect to go to her classes once a week and have your dog trained.At Puppy Socials at the studio, there are two groups, one for small dogs and one for bigger dogs. She and her assistant will monitor the dogs and make sure that they are not being too aggressive or teach the shy puppies how to make their way out to shine (and they do after taking a couple of Puppy Social sessions!). You can also session private socials with just a couple dogs in the studio.Jacqueline loves animals and has extensive knowledge of them. She always puts the animal first. She has degrees in Exotic Animal Training, Animal Behavior Management, Wildlife Education & Sociology.She's very flexible with scheduling and will help make timing work for her clients.I highly recommend Jacqueline and LA Dog's Trainer to everyone!“

“Diane is the BEST trainer in the world! She is amazing in every way and I feel sooooooo lucky to have randomly found her when my son and I were taking lessons at TES located in LAEC (b/c TES was a waste of both time and money seeing as how my son and I didn't progress at all when taking lessons there). In my first lesson with Diane I literally learned and progressed more than I had in 5 lessons at TES. Me and all three of my children are now taking lessons with Diane and we are all progressing gaining confidence during each lesson with her. She is a dream and if you are considering scheduling a lesson with her don't hesitate b/c you won't regret it!!! We LOVE Diane and will probably be in training with her forever b/c there is no reason to change trainers now that we have found her!“

“I brought my standard poodle in a couple weeks ago, and I was very happy with how she was introduced to the facility and how they checked her thoroughly and then they treated her really well and gave her a wonderful cut and full groom. I'm going to bring my other mini golden doodle there. I'm glad I found them.“

“I have been to many different vets in my life, but I can say truly that this is the best.Dr. Steve is so amazing. My Pepper had loved him when she was alive.Basil and Pickles adore him. He is so sweet to them. Pickles is an anxious girl and nervous at first with men. She only screeches with glee for me, grandpa, and her aunt. It was only the second time she met him when she immediately screeched louder than ever. He has a care that is truly wonderful. Basil gets excited for the vet with him and the wonderful staff.My cat, Juniper sees Dr. Kia. She is a spicy little brat. But for Dr. Kia Juniper immediately purrs and relaxes. I wish she would do that when I brush her!!!The staff especially the receptionists are so positive and kind and caring. They make your dogs and cats feel like celebrities!They also keep the lobby clean and there's free coffee!“

“This place is absolutely incredible! Nr 1 Top place in LA! My cat is in a safe place where they keep a conversation with me about everything I need to know. They treat the dogs and cats with the highest care. They are in excellent hands. It's hard and scary to find a place where you trust them with your babies. But this is the best place you'll ever find. So thankful for Cookie and her husband. If there was a 10 star I would give them that and more! I'm so so so thankful for them. “I just wanted to take a moment to share my experience with The PawGround in Valley Village. I have a 3 year old spaniel mix who is the love of our life. He’s super playful and friendly. We found the PawGround from another friend of ours and they spoke so highly of it that we thought we should try it out too. We have now been going there for about 5-6 months now and we are so happy with them! The service is so exceptional. The entire staff is so friendly and kind. Everyone always answers any questions I have. Most importantly my dog is so happy there, he runs in through the doors and jumps up to greet the staff. I get photos of him playing with the other pups. They took  him on walks throughout the neighborhood when he boarded there for 3 nights recently. My dog is an extremely picky eater and they hand fed him so he would eat his meals. I feel so reassured leaving my dog there. They truly take care of all of the dogs there like their own. I cannot recommend them enough. We tried other places before and just felt no one cared. The owner is there often and is so kind as well. She knows all of the dogs names and she even gave me her personal cell to reach out if I ever needed anything. The manager Courtney is also an incredible asset to the team. My dog jumps with joy when he sees her every time. I'm so happy I've found such a lovely doggy daycare!“
