“Updated 2024 Review: Still amazing. Thank you to all the wonderful doctors and staff here. My husband recently went in with severe bronchitis. AGAIN, my mom and I had to force him to go but once there he knew we were right - as usual :) Doctor told him he had severe lung inflammation and after his treatments and meds he got better in a couple days. Thank you again to all the amazing doctors and nurses that work there.Review from 2021: My mom, abuelita (granny), and basically our entire family uses this urgent care instead of going to the ER. We love this urgent care! The staff is always very caring, professional, and doctors are nice.Our entire family has been coming here throughout the pandemic for covid testing too. The wait is never long. My fiance didn’t listen to me when I told him to get tested at MedCove and being stubborn he decided to go to a pop-up free testing site near the Arco gas station on grand ave. Well let’s just say there were a TON of red flags with that testing site to begin with…but furthermore, he never received his results and the pop-up site never returned. He ended up going to MedCove Urgent Care, waited less than 5 minutes and got his results in 15 minutes.I am so happy to have this gem in our Glendora community“

“I've had my fair share of visits to urgent cares. The service that was provided and the experience we had here was one of the best I've ever had! The staff was welcoming, warm and friendly. The doctor was knowledgeable and made sure we understood our options of treatment. The nursing staff was so caring and tried to keep my son comfortable. Even after receiving treatment the whole staff was so friendly as we were saying our goodbyes. I would 100% recommend Providence to others!“

“I belong to Mayflower medical group and this is my first time going to Express Care. I was a bit worried as there is only seating for 5 people in the lobby. I was taken in in 20 minutes and the Dr. came in shortly thereafter. She came in and listened to all I had to say, asked questions and I asked her questions. I felt well taken care of going to this Express Care and I was impressed. I would highly recommend this location and I will definitely use it again!“

“AWESOME! Arrived at the Urgent care office, on Saturday afternoon.between 4:35pm -4:40pm; accompanied by my son and daughter, who both required care. Office closes at 5pm (on Saturdays), per website & sign on the office door. Unbeknownst to me at the time, the last patient is evidently taken at 4:30pm. I immediately envisioned, a trip to the Hospital Emergency Room and foresaw a long wait, for my children to be seen. However, that would not ultimately be necessary. Although a very courteous and considerate female employee, explained the "4:30pm last patient" standard, she then proceeded to welcomed my children and I to the office,; while explaining how they'd be happy to see (care for) my kids; regardless of the "4:30pm last patient" standard. The staff was polite, patient, pleasant and above all extremely professional. I'm quite certain, that the entire staff did not anticipate any further patients for the day, when my kids and I arrived at the office; And therfore, may have been very upset, discouraged or dissatisfied with taking another set of patients, so close to closing. However, the entire staff exhibited quite the contrary dispositions and conduct. The entire staff acted in a manner which lead me to feel, how they were genuinely concerned for the welfare of my children. Smiles and gentle reassurance was rendered by staff, while caring for my kids. The entire staff was simply outstanding ? After my children were seen/cared for and as we were leaving, I described the following to the entire staff:It's small acts of KINDNESS like this(seeing my kids so close to closing), which are SO VERY SIGNIFICANT. Thank you so very much!!!I'd like to supplement that statement, which I made personally to the staff, with:It's KIND acts like this, which make this world BRIGHTER and illuminate a path, for others to find their way "home."THANK YOU AGAIN MV Urgent care staff! “I highly recommed this clinic! I have been here a few times. They have great staff and service. About a week ago so I came in because I had cut my finger and went to another Urgent Care where I had stitches done. After a couple of days my finger was infected. I was not given antibiotics to prevent infection. I am a diabetic. I called the clinic and I was given a same day appointment. Arvin Torres, NP, treated me. He removed the stitches, he cleaned out the pus I had. I was given antibiotics. I went in today for a follow up visit and my finger is healing well. This clinic is great. I highly recommend it.“
