Everyone was very friendly and professional. I had less than a 3 minute wait before being called back to see the physician. The total wait time from when I entered the urgent care to when I left was approximately 10 mins!! St Jude is the BEST!!
I had a great experience at this urgent care. The facility was clean, well maintained, and welcoming. The wait time was excellent, and I was seen quickly. The nurses were kind, caring, and professional, and the doctor was amazing. They listened to my concerns, were thorough, and made me feel like I was in good hands. Pleasant and efficient staff overall. They got us in quick . Doctor was friendly and knowledgeable. Very respectful and kind. Listened to my daughter and put her at ease. She diagnosed her and made sure we understood her and asked us if we had questions. Great experience.
