Best Urgent Care you can come to!! You are treated as a person and not just a patient. The staff is very helpful and professional and assist you with any questions or concerns. The providers have been great and treated me better than the emergency room would've. I highly recommend them.
I had chest pain, high blood pressure and walked into MedCove Urgent Care. The receptionist named Alicia was and kind and helpful. The back office staff Aurelid, Michael, Nelia Bolos are AMAZING, PROFESSIONAL and showed much EMPATHY and CARE towards me and other patients. 4.5 stars for this group! Everything flowed smoothly and was orderly. I took my 9 year old in for a sports related foot injury and they provided quality care and really cared about her (& I). They answered my many many questions without hesitation and wanted to make sure I knew what was going to happen next. They provided X Rays and a Radiology consultation. We were there on a Thursday evening and they provided great customer service!
