Everyone else was great, but the young girl who took my vital signs was not friendly at all. I'm not sure if she's dealing with personal issues, but her demeanor made the patients feel uncomfortable. I work in the medical field as well, and one of our responsibilities is to make patients feel welcome.
It was very very nice going to the urgent care. All the comments that were done was my experience too. I loved going even though I was in pain and they were polite and they were courteous and they were most helpful and the doctors listened so I thank God for the urgent that I received
Front staff was very professional and patient. She answered all my questions and check my son in quickly. We were the first one in and so there really was no wait. Doctor Eric was calm and knowledgeable in diagnosis my son's condition. He listen to my child and treated him with respect regardless of his age being a minor. He answered all my questions precisely and listen to my concerns. All in all definitely recommend this place. Thanks to all the staff for your professionalism and patience.
