“On July 12, 2024, I visited Kaiser Urgent Care in Pasadena, California, and my experience was absolutely phenomenal! From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with a friendly smile by Diana, the receptionist. Her welcoming demeanor set a positive tone for my visit. I came in to address a few concerns that I needed clarity on from a medical procedure I had on July 3, 2024. The professionalism and care shown by the entire staff were incredible. Robert, the LVN, took my blood pressure and was courteous and efficient. His professionalism contributed greatly to my comfort during the visit. Dr. Chris Aghayan was outstanding. He was not only professional but also genuinely caring and patient. He took the time to listen to my concerns and provided the necessary care with great attentiveness. They called me up after receiving my lab results, to ask if I'm feeling any symptoms and sent the needed prescription to the pharmacy after the call. In addition, the doctor was able to see me right away even though my original appointment was scheduled a couple of weeks away.
