Don't go here. The Doctor wrote the wrong x-ray order on the other side,doesn't tell me the result over the phone, and only tells me when I make a reservation and meet the Doctor.

Extremely worst experience I never had! Extremely long waiting time, 3 hours waiting after you check in. And then nobody take care of you after you enter the room. Waiting for another extremely long time to see the doctor. If it’s an urgent care, people will dead. Do not waste your time

HATE THIS OFFICE SO SO SO MUCH.They are the absolute worst and EVERY single month I have an issue getting my medication refilled I end up going a full week with no meds and the office staff just says "call your pharmacy" I call the pharmacy and they advise they have sent over the refil request for me five times and have documented transcripts of the faxes being delivered. Its literally a run around trying to get the meds i need. Im not asking for pain killers to abuse or anything addictive. We are talking about BLOOD PRESSURE. Seizure meds and a anti depression medication. Things that LITERALLY affect my quality of life. I am Completely infuriated at this point and I'm going to report them to Medi-cal AND change my doctor this is a complete joke.
