Jose ran a large, complex project at my house which involved foundation work, working with engineer, and rebuilding the interior. While we clashed a few times, I'd like to highlight a few things: Jose gets the job done. His planning is reliable and you can count on it. They were the ones who gave me my house back. They even came back for two small follow ups, no questions asked. I recommend, especially for structural work, and beyond.
Jose and team installed a French drainage system for me. They did a great job on the project including the assessment phase and what to expect. Very pleased with the work, the price, and the professionalism. Highly recommend.
Jose came by my home in Daly City where I had experienced some mold issues and immediately saw what were the issues. He removed the stucco from the entire back of my house and once exposed it was obvious that there was a lot of wood rot. He re-evaluated the original estimate and was very fair about the additional cost and pointed out to me all the places that were issues. He recommended adding some earthquake posts now that all the back of the house was exposed which I chose to do. Although it ended up being a much bigger project than I had expected, it has solved the issue of moisture and wet in the walls.
