Ricardo and RSL did an excellent job with my earthquake retrofit. He is fluent on the EBB program and provided excellent step-by-step guidance. He performed the retrofit and another crawlspace fix on-time, as promised, and without a speck of dirt left behind. He was professional, courteous, and followed through on every request. I highly recommend Ricardo and the RSL team!

I had a really great experience working with RSL Structural Inc. and Ricardo, the owner.

Ricardo completed our earthquake retrofitting, foundation crack repairs, and all related structural work, and I honestly couldn’t be happier with how everything went.

Ricardo was easy to communicate with, knowledgeable, and very thorough. He took the time to explain the work, answered my questions, and made the whole process feel much less stressful. He also handled all of the city permit paperwork, which was a huge relief and saved me a lot of time and hassle.

I worked with Ricardo through the CA Earthquake Brace & Bolt program. He was very professional, courteous, and did great work. He even helped fix a broken latch on my side gate that I didn't ask for.

One bit of feedback: He's extremely busy and sometimes it took a few days for him to get back to me, and I wish he could have tarped our stuff in the basement before he started work.
