San Bruno Pet Hospital is dedicated to providing exceptional care for pets, ensuring that both pets and their owners feel comfortable and confident. The staff is described as great and caring, with veterinarians who take the time to address concerns and provide thorough explanations regarding preventative care, including necessary vaccinations, nutrition, and dental health. Many reviews highlight the compassionate approach of the team, noting their commitment to keeping pets healthy and happy. Clients appreciate the hospital’s focus on preventative measures, such as routine screenings as pets age. The clinic has a long-standing reputation, with some clients returning since childhood. While services may be on the pricier side, many pet owners feel that the quality of care justifies the cost. The vets are amazing and genuinely care, meeting you where you are and are gentle and caring. The vet techs were very patient and treated pets with kindness. The front desk staff answered questions regarding billing and updating contact information. The staff was amazingly kind during difficult moments, keeping pets comfortable and giving owners time and space. San Bruno Pet Hospital is expensive, but it’s worth the cost for the convenience, the patience and expertise of the staff, and vets who remember and care.
We had such a nice experience here the other day! After another vet's office canceled on me that morning, this hospital was able to fit us in just one hour later. I brought a semi-stray cat and Dr. Erica was so warm, understanding, and informative. I think the price was very good, too--for a diagnosis and all of her vaccines. Hopefully we won't be back until next year but I highly recommend!
We love our visit and this is my main pet hospital. I bring my other dog here too. Doctor Maeda-Brescia and the staff were kind, gracious and informative. Phyrexian was such a good boy because they were so good with him. Thank you for treating my little boy so well! Happy Holidays!
hi i had no idea i accidentally left a 1 star review. we LOVE sbph and would encourage all pet owners to go to them! we've appreciated not just the care they've given to our cats but also as first time pet owners we're so appreciative of the balanced, reasonable advice we've gotten regarding nutrition, pet behavior, medication, optional health treatments, etc. anyway 5*!!!
