I want to take a moment to give a huge thank you to Timothy and his team from Love’s Air for the amazing job they did installing my new AC unit. From start to finish, they were professional, respectful, knowledgeable, and truly caring.

As a senior, I especially appreciated the patience and respect they showed me throughout the entire process. They took the time to explain everything, answered all of my questions, and made sure I was comfortable and understood what was being done. They never made me feel rushed or uncomfortable, and that meant so much to me.

The installation was done beautifully, and they took great care of my home while they worked. You can tell that Timothy and his team take pride in what they do and genuinely care about their customers.

“Dycus did a great job with my HVAC installation. They arrived on-time, when they said they would. They were quick with the installation and the techs were courteous, patient and professional. The whole replacement was done in 1 day and my house was cooling better than ever by 5 PM. The techs were polite and answered all my questions. “I wanted Carlos to do the job, but thought he was just going to give me an estimate . He was able to hook up a waterline to my new refrigerator that day! I appreciated his hard work to check for a waterline and made the necessary corrections so it could be done today! He was friendly and very pleasant.“

“I have had a very long term problem(2 years) finding someone to replace my 2 solar storage batteries, as the company that installed the system went out of business, and 2 separate 'solar tech' repairmen ripped me off $$$ and did not diagnose what was wrong. I finally called Semper Solaris , and basically begged for help.. It took a while, but Karla was the most amazing customer service person, she had to go through her companies process and get the OK for a Semper Tech to help me, even though Semper did not install my system. She always kept in touch with me through many delays and scheduling issues.
Secondly, the Semper repairman, Brak Briggerman, was also amazing, there were issues getting the replacement batteries and hardware from LG, Solar Edge is not very helpful. or user friendly to system owners. Brak managed to get through it all , several times he had to come back, and finally on Wednesday, my new batteries are fully charged and functioning well.
I wish I had used Semper Solaris to install my Solar system in the first place, I can only say I highly recommend them, because of Karla Paetz and Brak Briggerman...“
