“I have had a very long term problem(2 years) finding someone to replace my 2 solar storage batteries, as the company that installed the system went out of business, and 2 separate 'solar tech' repairmen ripped me off $$$ and did not diagnose what was wrong. I finally called Semper Solaris , and basically begged for help.. It took a while, but Karla was the most amazing customer service person, she had to go through her companies process and get the OK for a Semper Tech to help me, even though Semper did not install my system. She always kept in touch with me through many delays and scheduling issues.<br>Secondly, the Semper repairman, Brak Briggerman, was also amazing, there were issues getting the replacement batteries and hardware from LG, Solar Edge is not very helpful. or user friendly to system owners. Brak managed to get through it all , several times he had to come back, and finally on Wednesday, my new batteries are fully charged and functioning well.<br>I wish I had used Semper Solaris to install my Solar system in the first place, I can only say I highly recommend them, because of Karla Paetz and Brak Briggerman...”
